Jimena Romero

Jimena Romero is the Office Manager at Shehadeh Giannamore, PLLC, and has been with the
firm since June 2018. Jimena holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida in
Sociology & Psychology. Originally joining the firm as a Legal Assistant in 2018, Jimena
quickly began learning the life of a real estate transaction and the intricacies of title insurance.
Under the mentorship of attorneys Jay Shehadeh and Katherine Giannamore, she expanded her
role from assisting in a real estate transaction to finding ways to improve the experience for the
clients at the Firm and now plays an integral role in the Firm’s real estate closing practice.

Jimena has a passion for business and handling the administrative aspects of the practice, which
led her to complete a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at
Florida International University in 2021. With the acquisition of her MBA, Jimena’s newfound
knowledge and dedication to the Firm helped her to transform her role into the Firm’s Office
Manager, where she now oversees the area of marketing, technology, human resources, financial
and facilities management.

Outside of her work with Shehadeh Giannamore, PLLC, Jimena finds great joy in practicing
sports. She has been in CrossFit for the past two years and now is training to participate in the
upcoming Miami Half Marathon. One of Jimena’s biggest passions is to travel, which enriches
her knowledge of the world, and she brings these experiences home to help her engage with the
Firm’s diverse clientele.
