Juan graduated from the University of Florida and received his law degree from the Florida International University School of Law. While in law school, Juan earned several awards such as the American Bar Association’s Award for Excellence in the Study of Intellectual Property Law as well as the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for both Intellectual Property Law and Computer & Internet Law.
Juan is a Partner at Mejia Mejia Shehadeh Giannamore, PLLC and the lead attorney in the Firm’s Community Association Practice. Juan has focused his legal career on the representation of community associations, primarily in collections and lien foreclosure litigation. He is also responsible for all covenant enforcement litigation and acts as liaison in matters handled by insurance defense counsel. Juan also represents clients in Real Estate related matters. Prior to becoming a partner at Mejia Mejia Shehadeh Giannamore, PLLC, Juan was a senior associate of the litigation department for a prominent community association firm in Palm Beach County.
